BUYERS may not get all the information needed to make a good decision, or get the best price or contract terms!

Real estate agents place their license with a Broker (i.e., ReMax, Keller Williams, etc,). A Broker decides to represent the best interests of only the Buyer (i.e., Exclusive Buyer Agent); only the Seller (Exclusive Seller Agent); or try to represent the best interests of both the Buyer and Seller at the same time.

Does this mean the BUYER is completely represented and gets the best deal?

YES, but only with their own Exclusive Buyer Agent
